Chocolate Butter Icing
1½ cups (375 mL) icing sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) cocoa powder
¼ lb (110 g) butter
1 tbsp (15 mL) sherry
few drops vanilla extras
1. Sift icing sugar with cocoa powder. Beat butter until light and creamy. Gradually beat in half the icing sugar.
2. Beat in sherry alternately with remaining sugar. Stir in vanilla extract.
