1 lb (450 g) meat tortellini
1 ½ tbsp (20 mL) butter
½ green pepper, sliced
3 good quality sausages, preferably spicy, cut in 3/4 inch (2 cm) pieces
3/4 cup (185 mL) ricotta cheese
½ cup (125 mL) grated pecorino cheese
