2 cups curd (made out of skimmed milk)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

1 cup chopped cottage cheese
1 cup each of green gram and wheat sprouts
3 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
