Paneer Sprouts Salad

1 cup chopped cottage cheese
1 cup each of green gram and wheat sprouts
3 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
salt and pepper
1. Mix well all the ingredients except the coconut.
2. Then garnish with the grated coconut and server immediately.

Spicy Potatoes

½ kg small potatoes
¼ cup mint chutney
½ cup curd
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp crushed pomegranate seeds
½ tsp pepper
salt to taste
1. Boil the potatoes. Peel and prick with a fork and apply the mint chutney over them.
