Mushroom Soup
100 gm fresh button mushrooms, finely chopped
½ medium-size onion, finely chopped
1 tsp butter
3½ cups water
salt and pepper
1. Heat the butter in a pan and saute the mushrooms and onion for 2 minutes. Add 3 or 3½ cups water and cook. When tender, remove from the fire.
2. Let it cool and then blend in a blender and strain. Add salt and pepper.
3. Reheat and serve hot.
